Meet the passionate individuals driving our mission

Alex Smolinsky - Director
As the Director of Foundation 33, Alex leads the organization with purpose, compassion, and strategic vision. She oversees program development, community outreach, and long-term planning, ensuring the foundation stays focused on its mission of supporting mental health and suicide prevention. Alex’s leadership is rooted in honoring her Uncle Allan’s legacy while inspiring meaningful change throughout the community.

Nikki McClay- Board Member
Nikki is the daughter of Allan, whose life and legacy inspired the creation of Foundation 33. She plays a key role in shaping the organization’s outreach and overall program direction, helping to expand awareness around mental health and suicide prevention. Driven by compassion, purpose, and personal connection, Nikki is committed to ensuring that every person feels seen, supported, and never alone.

Sam French - Board Member
Sam is Allan’s niece and a dedicated member of the Foundation 33 team. She plays a vital role in supporting events, managing merchandise, and representing our mission throughout the community. Sam focuses on building partnerships and collaborations that expand our reach, while her passion for education and outreach helps ensure mental health resources remain accessible for everyone.

Kiley Rich - Board Member
Kiley focuses on expanding our reach through partnerships and collaborations. Her passion for education and outreach helps ensure that vital mental health resources are accessible to everyone in our community.

Gordie McClay - Board Member, Special Events
Gordie focuses on our Special Events: Golf Tournament and Allan's Rockin' Revival. He brings a wealth of experience in developing community programs to improve mental health resources. His dedication to fostering community connections is key to the success of our initiatives.

Foundation 33 Signature Events
Since our inception, Foundation 33 has successfully hosted multiple large-scale community events, including three annual golf tournaments and Allan’s Rockin’ Revival concert. These events bring people together in support of mental health awareness and suicide prevention while raising vital funds for our mission. Each year, participation grows, expanding our impact and strengthening the community connections that help save lives.
Connecting Through Community
We have established partnerships with 11 local organizations, schools, and healthcare providers, expanding our outreach and creating a united front against mental health stigma. Together, we work towards a common goal of better mental health support in the community.
